UNLEASH – Back To Back
The UNLEASH – Back To Back is a 4 week-long program emphasizing on strengthening the musculoskeletal system and joints, especially around the midline and hips.
“From Core to Extremities” is the ideology behind the program.
The exercises are very varied, but all have in common that the emphasis is on strengthening the musculoskeletal system, especially around the middle and hips.
Exercise under the guidance of a trainer with extensive experience in problems related to the musculoskeletal system.
