This cycle ends in a test week and has a different format from the first two. The goal is to build from the foundation you have created in the last 10 weeks. Your body now has more work capacity and can withstand more training volume than in the previous cycles. In this cycle more emphasis will be placed on higher intensity volume and functional exercises such as Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit like workouts, although the foundation is always basic strength, flexibility, body coordination and endurance.
